Hospitality Bali, Indonesia The Azure Hotel A boutique hotel reimagined with local artisanry and modern luxury, nestled in Bali’s tropical landscape. Project Location Bali, Indonesia The Challenge A boutique hotel in Bali sought to redefine its public spaces and guest rooms, blending local cultural elements with modern luxury without feeling contrived. Our Solution We employed natural stone, handwoven textiles, and custom furniture complemented by a warm-toned lighting system. Soft furnishings blended Indonesian artisan pieces with international brands. The Result Occupancy rates increased by 40%. The hotel was named “Best Boutique Hotel of the Year” by Condé Nast Traveler.	Hospitality Paris, France Maison Lumière A 19th-century Haussmann building reimagined with contemporary grace in the heart of Paris. Project Location Paris, France The Challenge A 19th-century Haussmann building needed a contemporary design language integrated without compromising its historic structure. Our Solution Preserved original plaster moldings, fireplaces, and parquet flooring while introducing modern furniture and art lighting for contrast. A gold and deep navy palette paid homage to Parisian elegance. The Result The project was featured in Architectural Digest France and received the “Best Heritage Integration” award.
Residential Tuscany, Italy Villa Solara A restored Tuscan farmhouse transformed into a multi-generational family retreat. Project Location Tuscany, Italy The Challenge An abandoned Tuscan farmhouse needed to be transformed into a multi-generational family vacation home. Our Solution Preserved original stone walls, timber beams, and terracotta tiles. Added large floor-to-ceiling windows to flood the interiors with natural light. The kitchen was opened up with a custom solid wood dining table seating 16. The Result Winner of the 2023 Italian Interior Design Award for Best Residential Renovation.	Residential Shanghai, China Sky Penthouse A 400㎡ penthouse designed for both grand entertaining and quiet living. Project Location Shanghai, China The Challenge A young entrepreneur couple wanted their 400㎡ penthouse to host lavish parties while offering quiet spaces for focused work. Our Solution Mobile partition systems converted the living room into an event space. A custom wine cabinet, hidden study, and intelligent lighting system served multiple scenarios on demand. The Result Selected as a featured tour project at Shanghai Design Week for “Best Urban Residence.”
Facade Dubai, UAE Aurora Tower A 40-story residential tower facade reimagined with kinetic metal panels and integrated lighting. Project Location Dubai, UAE The Challenge A 40-story residential tower’s facade needed an upgrade that improved thermal performance while maintaining visual impact. Our Solution Custom perforated metal panel system creating wave-like dynamic light and shadow patterns by day, with integrated LED systems for dramatic nighttime transformations. The Result Winner of the 2024 Middle East Architecture Award for Best Facade Design.	Facade Singapore The Green Canvas A commercial facade integrating vertical greenery without compromising interior daylight. Project Location Singapore The Challenge A commercial building needed a facade that integrated a vertical greenery system without blocking interior daylight. Our Solution Modular plant framework combined with adjustable sun-louver systems. Tropical flora flowed seamlessly with the building’s architectural lines for a living, breathing facade. The Result Listed as a Singapore Green Building demonstration project and featured in the World Architecture Festival.
